We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

We unconditionally guarantee 100% the quality of our products.  We want to build a strong, trusting relationship with you, and we won't let any customer go unsatisfied!

Our policy is simple: If you are unsatisfied, for any reason, with any of our products, we will refund the cost of the product (shipping excluded) back to you, no hassles, no problems.
Have confidence in our products, and in our commitment to excellence! 

The fine print : 
1) Only one opened bottle (per product) can be refunded
2) Any number of unopened bottles can be refunded, as long as they are not expired or damaged product
3) If it is within 30 days of purchase, we will refund you the same way you paid
4) If it is after 30 days, we will refund you with a credit on account - to be used towards future purchases
5) If your order qualified for free shipping, a 15% handling charge may be deducted from your refund
5) You may be required to ship the product back for our inspection.  Sorry, no refunds on return shipping costs.
